CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Eliza Drummond is a creative media producer based in Austin, Texas. Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, she graduated from the University of Alabama in 2023 with a B.A. in Communication and Information Sciences, concentrating in Creative Media/Film with a minor in Business.

After graduation, Eliza joined Crawford Studios in Bentonville, Arkansas, a creative agency specializing in high-quality video content for brands. She relocated to Austin in 2024 to launch Jiggly Flip Flop Creative LLC, her independent creative agency, while also pursuing freelance film and production work.

Eliza currently works as a videographer with PhotoHouse Films, an Austin-based photo and video team serving couples and families for over 11 years, and she also works as a leasing consultant with Avenue5. Her work across creative media and client-facing roles allows her to blend visual storytelling and communication.

Her passion lies in capturing authentic human moments. Eliza approaches every project with a focus on each client’s unique story, needs, and aesthetic, ensuring their vision is brought to life with intention and emotional impact.

CLIENT OUTREACH + PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Kaitlyn Castellaw is a sophomore at The University of Texas at Austin majoring in Special Education with a minor in Educational Psychology. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, her background in cheerleading and theater instilled a strong appreciation for genuine connection and sparked her interest for creative arts.

Kaitlyn is signed by the nationally recognized Model and Talent Management Agency (MTM), a firm founded nearly four decades ago that has helped thousands of models and actors build successful careers in print, film, and commercial work across major U.S. markets. She has experience both in front of and behind the camera, including work on productions such as Netflix’s Stranger Things. Her communication skills, creativity, and professionalism make her a natural fit for JFFC’s people first approach.

Kaitlyn focuses on building relationships to make sure each client feels seen, heard, and valued. Her energy guides each project with intention.
